Hey blog!! Today we woke up to an early morning devotion at the CCCD. This time is specifically for one-on-one time with God before our day starts. Then after breakfast we began our new work projects around the school. The projects included painting speed bumps, curbs, and walls, and mixing concrete. We did this until lunch when we had a Jamaican delicacy bun and cheese. After lunch, some continued to work and some began to hang out with some of the kids. Time with the kids was used for A LOT of soccer, drawing with chalk, and playing on the playground. What’s cool about this time is that we as a team get to improve on our sign language and begin to build stronger relationships with the kids.
